Delivery.

If you have ordered before 11 p.m. (NL and Belgium), the aim is to have the goods delivered the following working day. If you order on Friday after 11 p.m., the goods will be delivered on Tuesday. It can happen that deliveries are also made on Saturday, depending on the goods ordered and the parcel service. If the package or packages are not accepted on Saturday, they will be offered again on Tuesday.

The shipment will take place via DHL / PostNL.

After your order and the confirmation email, a separate email will be sent with the track and trace information. 

In the unlikely event that an item or items are not available, we will contact you by telephone. We check all orders every morning and afternoon.
